Tatge and Berardi's collaboration is based on the relationship between the photographic gaze, intimacy and the performative body.
Through the use of his photographic lens Berardi becomes both an active participant and sole spectator of Tatge's impromptu live action. The actions exist in the moment and then are subsequently transformed never to be performed live again but rather immortalised in one single still image, which becomes the essence and trace of the physical action.
