Ear Cinema

Ear Cinema is an immersive multi-disciplinary performance project incorporating film, sound diffusion techniques, and live performance. The project aims to activate the live context of watching and listening by transforming the traditional architectures of aural and cinematic reception into sites of immersive experience that are heterogeneous, performative and non-determined.

For the two Ear Cinema productions of 'Little Mary' (2007) and  'Late Noon Sun' (2008) Alice was hired by artistic director Wajid Yaseen, as movement director and performer alongside collaborator Dagmara Billon.

Performed at the ICA Gallery, London, Arnolfini Gallery, Bristol, Salisbury Arts Centre, Shunt London, Colchester Arts Centre. Funded by Arts Council England.
