Writing after Moving
Feeling what / where / how.
Not a rational exercise in thinking but rather sensing where my body wants to go.
Heightened awareness of the back recesses of my skull and how it can initiate three dimensional movement.
The spine is long. I grow from that position between the ears / behind the bridge of the nose.
I feel that I do not need to hold on to my eyes.
My whole spine can take me on a journey, from deep down behind the eyes.
